CITY SOFTWARE

We have developed many software modules for city governments and also support software developed by other companies. All of these software modules  were written using the PICK Operating System. They will run on  AP or D3 Native, D3/Linux or Universe/Unix systems. Since all cities have their own rules and procedures, we can customize any of the software to meet your requirements.

Mission Management Inc Software  This is an on-line, interactive accounting system used for the recording and reporting of the financial activities of a city. The system consists of several separate account modules. This software was written and sold by MMI in Tustin California. We have done extensive modifications and upgrades to the following modules:

  1. FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - This is an on-line, interactive accounting system used for the recording and reporting of financial data. Modules include purchase order processing, warrant processing, budget processing, revenue entries, journal entries, file maintenance and inquiry and month and year-end reporting.
  2. PAYROLL – This is an on-line interactive system that is used to record employee time and earnings. The modules consist of file maintenance and inquiry, current payroll processing, pre-paid and cancelled checks, labor distribution and quarter and year-end processing.
  3. UTILITY BILLING – This is an on-line, interactive system that is used to record customer water consumption and generate water and refuse billing. The modules include file maintenance and inquiry, regular bill processing, closed bill processing, payments and adjustments, delinquent processing billing analysis and backflow meter processing.
  4. BUSINESS LICENSE PROCESSING – This is an on-line, interactive system that is used to record business licenses and renewals. The modules included in this system include file maintenance and inquiry, business license renewals, payments and adjustments, delinquent notices, monthly and yearly processing.

AutoPARK - The AutoPARK (Automated Parking Citation Processing System)  is a menu driven software package designed for use by cities, universities and other agencies which issue parking citations.  This software was developed by J Albright & Associates and written using the PICK Operating System. It will run on D3/Linux, AP or D3 Native or Universe/Unix systems. Please see the separate web page for this software package.

AutoPERMIT       The AutoPERMIT (Automated Parking Permit Management System) is a menu driven software package designed for use by cities, universities and other agencies which issue parking permits.  This software was developed by J Albright & Associates and written using the PICK Operating System. It will run on D3/Linux, AP or D3 Native or Universe/Unix systems.

The system includes the processing of general long-term permits and daily short-term permits as separate modules.  An entry, edit list and posting process is utilized for both types of permits.  A variety of reports are also available for both types of permits.

If the AutoCITE units are used by the agency, a permit to license cross-reference list may be downloaded  from the AutoPERMIT System to the AutoCITEs.  If the AutoPERMIT System is used in conjunction with the AutoPARK System, the registered owner information from the permit records may be transferred to the parking citation records based on a license plate match.

The AutoPERMIT System is also designed to work with the Point-of-Sale (POS) cash registers.  The register may be programmed to meet the agency's requirements.

AutoPERMIT is currently being used by several colleges across the United States including the University of  Illinois at Chicago and the University of Alaska at Anchorage.

AutoALARM   -   The AutoALARM (Automated False Alarm Processing System) is a menu driven software package designed for use by cities and other agencies which issue security alarm permits.   This software was developed by J Albright & Associates and written using the PICK Operating System. It will run on D3/Linux, AP or D3 Native or Universe/Unix systems.

The system includes the following features: a) New permit application processing, b) Renewal processing, c) False alarm entry and processing, d) Monthly statements, e) Payment processing and f) Full reporting in all areas.

Animal License - This system allows for the tracking of animal licenses. The modules include: owner and animal file maintenance and inquiry, renewal notices, payment processing, monthly and yearly reporting. No pre-printed forms are required for this module, and the payments and license printing can be tied to a cash register system if preferred. Vaccination dates are verified before a license is printed.

Fixed Assets – Allows for the tracking of fixed assets by fund and location. The modules are file maintenance and inquiry, journal processing, reporting, and year-end procedures including depreciation calculation. No automatic general ledger interface is required so this system will work with any software package.
